MELTING AND CLARIFICATION SECTION OPERATORS:
Clarification Operator:

Responsible to operation of clarification chemical treatment, preparation of process chemicals. Responsible to operate scum clarification process and sugar dissolving equipment. Responsible to control clarification and maintain process parameters at clarification equipment under instruction of process supervisor and superintendent.

Experience: 4 years minimum in refine clarification operation capacity. Minimum qualification: Diploma Food Chemistry / Chemistry in secondary school.

Melting Operator:

Responsible to operation of storage raw sugar belt conveyors, raw sugar silo, raw sugar mingler; maintain process parameter and quantity of sugar flow to process.

Experience in operation raw sugar handling and affixation equipment. Qualification: minimum secondary school.


EVAPORATOR OPERATOR:

Planning and implementation of equipment maintenance strategies to meet milling and allied operations. Supervising the maintenance crew in the execution of their daily tasks. Effective documentation of equipment and facilities for good monitory information and asset care management. Planning and implementation of maintenance requirement and costing in relation to maintenance plan and budget. Operator to liquor evaporation equipment and monitor parameter.

Experience: 4 years minimum.
Qualification: secondary school


LABORATORY CHEMIST

Shift sugar laboratory chemist thorough knowledge on all sugar analysis, boiler water analysis and Vitamin A analysis. Periodic analysis and posted report time.

Qualification: chemistry/degree in laboratory
Experience: 7 years minimum in sugar refinery laboratory as chemist


CENTRIFUGAL OPERATOR:

Operator to authenticate batch and continuous centrifugal machines at refine and recovery sugar. Operation of magma preparation at affixation centrifugal and recovery machines. Maintain parameters at centrifugal under the instruction of process supervisor.

Experience: 4 years minimum in field.
Qualification: secondary school minimum


SUGAR DRYER OPERATOR:

Operator to sugar drying equipment, sugar conveyors and sugar graders. Monitor sugar drying parameter and re-cyclic of un-grade sugar to process.

Experience: 3 years minimum in field.
Qualification: secondary school minimum


BAGGING FOREMAN:

Responsible to supervise over four bagging rows. Responsible to arrange empty bags to bagging lines. Control over less down time on bagging equipment. Monitor on bagging target.

Experience: 4 years over planning and supervision control at bagging.Qualification: secondary school minimum


SEWING MACHINE OPERATOR:

Operator to stitch sewing machines and able to attend minor fault at sewing machine.

WATER TREATMENT CHEMIST:

Water chemist responsible for shift water treatment plant operation and water analysis. Thorough knowledge on water analysis and water chemistry.

Experience: 4 years minimum in water treatment plant of 150 m3/hr capacity.
Qualification: Graduate in Science.


FITTERS:

Responsible to repairing of all pumps, belt conveyors, screw conveyors, vacuum pumps, pipe lines and aligning of equipment.

Experience: 8 years as fitters in sugar factory.
Qualification: Mechanical certificate [CT&Guild]


LABORATORY ANALYST:

Shift laboratory analyst, good knowledge on routine sugar analysis, boiler water and Vitamin A.

Qualification: chemistry/lab technician
Experience: 4 years in sugar refinery laboratory


WATER TREATMENT OPERATOR:

Operating and monitor on water treatment plant. Operation both chemical treatment and R.O treatment Plant.

Experience: 4 years minimum in water treatment.

BOILER OPERATOR:

Operator to oil and gas fired boilers. Responsible to maintenance of boiler and ancillary equipment.

Experience: 4 years as boiler operator in oil and gas firing industrial medium pressure boilers.
Qualification: secondary school minimum and boiler certificate holder.


BOILER ATTENDER:

Assistant to boiler operator in boiler operation

Experience: 2 years minimum in boiler operation.
Qualification: secondary school minimum


POWER TURBINE OPERATOR:

Experience: at least 5 years in MW power plant.
Qualification: secondary school minimum


POWER HOUSE ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN:

Operator synchronies power house boards. Capable of load distribution from power house boards.

Experience: 4 years minimum in power distribution boards, transformers at capacity of at least 5 MW power plant.
Qualification: Diploma electrical and electronics or equivalent electrical certificate.


GENERAL MECHANICAL ASSISTANT:

Capable of repairing of pumps, belt conveyors, screw conveyors, vacuum pumps under the assistance of fitter and supervisor.

Experience: 3 years minimum as fitter assistant in sugar factory.
Qualification: CT&Guild.


MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS:

Capable of preventive of maintenance and repairing on screw conveyors belt conveyors and stitching machines.

Experience: 4 years minimum.
Qualification: CT&Guild.


WELDER:

Experience in welding of steam pipe, liquid pipe lines.
Experience: 5 years in welding pipeline and equipment.
Qualification: secondary school / welding certificate holder preferable.


INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIANS:

Repairs and maintenance of instruments at the field. Monitor performance and inspection of filed instruments. Knowledge on basic instrument calibration. Capable to interpret and use P & ID, interconnection drawing. Understand PLC based controls and system.

Experience: 2-4 years in sophisticated process industries.
Qualification: ND / C & G grade 2 TTC equivalent technical qualification instrumentation or electrical and electronics.


SUGAR GRADER:

Takes samples of products at various stages of processing. Examine ingredients or finished products by sight, touch, taste and smell or weigh materials to ensure conformance to company standards. Conduct routine tests for product specifications such as colour, carbonation, moisture content, temperature and packaging. Grade or sort raw materials or finished products. Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations. Advise supervisors of ingredient of product deficiencies.

Experience: 3 years in field.

DRAFTSMAN:

Makes final sketch of proposed drawing, checking dimension of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project. Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings. Makes any adjustments or changes necessary or desired, draws charts for representation of statistical data. Draws finished designs from sketches. Uses computer assisted drafting [CAD] equipment and software.

Experience: 3 years minimum with knowledge in using drawing software.
Qualification: Diploma graduate.
